Updated: March 3, 2024 — Since the outbreak of this devastating war, the Chamah Center in Kiryat Malachi, which is located near many southern Israeli towns, has been working tirelessly, alongside our regular programs, to assist those who have been affected by the war. This includes food boxes, baby supplies, pre-loaded debit cards, and toys for impoverished families, immigrants, and the elderly. The towns of Ofakim and Ashkelon were especially hard hit, with many killed or taken captive. Chamah is assisting hundreds of families and seniors there, providing support to ease their burden during these challenging times.

Chamah is also supporting our courageous IDF soldiers and dedicated reservists who have been called up to defend Israel at this critical time. These brave soldiers have left their spouses and children behind to answer the call of duty. It is our solemn duty to stand by and support their families during these challenging times. Chamah is committed to delivering essential food packages and comprehensive support to these deserving families. Additionally, we are actively distributing much-needed care packages directly to the IDF soldiers in the field.
